Cancellation conditions

• 100% Refund:

  • For any cancellation made 14 days or more in advance.

  • For any cancellation made 7 days or more in advance, with presentation of a medical certificate.

• 50% Refund:

  • For any cancellation made between 7 and 14 days in advance, without a medical certificate.

  • For any cancellation made between 48 hours and 7 days in advance, with presentation of a medical certificate.

• No refund:

  • For any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance.
